We have had a very nice summer here in Washington. The weather has been warm but not hot and we have had very little rain. That is we have had very little rain until quite recently. Late August and early September have seen the fall rains starting to fall and speaking of Fall, the trees are starting to turn beautiful soft pastels and we have noticed that the sun is setting earlier in the evening. Summer is over even though there may be lots of nice weather yet to come. Our stay here on Hood Canal ends on this coming Saturday. No more clams, oysters or salmon fishing for a while. We will go to Bremerton for a few days and then turn South towards the Greater Phoenix area. We expect to be in our winter home around the first of October. Once again we have survived another extended stay in our tiny wobble box. We hope all of the systems will work as well on Saturday as they did when we parked this rig, several months ago. We will have to find some warm dry weather to dry out the awnings, might find that in Arizona.
We hope you have had a great summer too and would love to hear from you. Happy Trails.
