On the road again!

We finished our chores in Port Orchard yesterday and hit the road. We had a last run to the dump and used that opportunity to have our rig weighed. Needless to say we were about 100 lbs. overweight so a quick trip from the dump to our storage locker where we left at least 200 lbs. of stuff we feel we don't have to have in Arizona. A quick trip to Seattle to take care of finances and we hit the road at 3:15 PM. Our goal was to get south of Portland and we did before darkness set in. Today we got as far as Canyonville, Oregon, Seven Feathers Casino. We are spending the night here and getting a good rest before we head out tomorrow for Northern California. The Ridgeline has been doing fine but we know we have a load in tow. Our mileage is suffering but it is lots better than we will get when we get back to Arizona and take our motorhome out of storage. Our adventure is underway and we are trying hard to avoid schedules of where we have to be and when. After just two days it feels great. We are looking forward to just sitting some place and resting for a while while we decide where to spend our summer. Stay tuned...
