Its over! We were out with 3 hours to spare! After a solid month of hard work we're now "Houseless in Seattle". We met our buyers yesterday and told them what we could about the house they had just purchased and handed over the keys. What a relief to finally have it all behind us. Today we have spent making phone calls, changing addresses and cancelling utilities. Now we're trying to find insurance for our personal property as that went with the house insurance! We're trying to establish ourselves as Washington residents taking an extended trip in our motorhome.
We just watched CVN 74, the John C. Stennis, leave port. It is a sight we have enjoyed during our time here in Port Orchard. We will miss the comings and goings of the carriers and submarines.
